Every month, we host a wine and food evening in our wine bar. Each edition features a different theme. From surprising wine regions to specific grape varieties or seasonal flavours. Our vinotheque is an above-ground wine cellar where more than 200 wines are stored under ideal conditions. Located directly next to our atmospheric wine bar, this vinotheque forms the heart of our wine experience.
In the vinotheque, you will find a carefully curated collection of wines from both the region and renowned international wine areas. Think of Limburg wines from Wijngoed Thorn, De Apostelhoeve, and Wijnkasteel Genoels-Elderen. In addition, you will also discover distinctive wines from France, Italy, Argentina, Australia, and California. Each bottle is stored in a perfectly controlled climate to preserve its quality and flavour at its best.
Guests can select a wine themselves to enjoy in the wine bar, during dinner in our restaurant, or even in their hotel room via room service. It is also possible to take your favourite wine home with you at an attractive take-away price — ideal as a gift or to enjoy after your visit.
